1. Improved body measurements 2. Increased fitness level 3. Feel lighter. And live lighter. 5. A fairly regular, all natural diet that I can comfortable modify on the weekends and during vacations.4. Have more direction on what fitness and life steps to take. Right now I’m not sure where I want to be in the short/long term. I’m looking for this experience to prove to me that anything is possible if I put my mind to it!
